# Meta Data Deletion Instructions

> Instructions for requesting deletion of data associated with your Meta connection in Sellify.

Legal

Sellify lets customers connect Meta accounts through Facebook Login for Business so they can manage advertising workflows inside their Sellify workspace.

You can ask Sellify to delete the data associated with your Meta connection at any time, in either of the two ways below. We delete that data within 30 days.

## Option 1: Remove Sellify in your Facebook settings

1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business Integrations.
3. Find Sellify, select it, and choose Remove.
4. Meta notifies Sellify automatically. We disconnect Meta from every Sellify workspace linked to your Facebook account and delete the associated Meta data. Meta shows you a confirmation code you can use to check the status of your request.

## Option 2: Email our support team

1. Email support@sellify.ai from the email address associated with your Sellify account.
2. Use the subject line "Meta data deletion request".
3. Include your Sellify workspace name and the Meta account, Page, ad account, or business account you want removed.
4. Our support team will verify the request and delete or de-identify the Meta connection data we control, subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements.

## What we delete

When a deletion request is completed, Sellify removes or de-identifies Meta OAuth connection records, stored Meta account identifiers, Meta integration data that is no longer needed to provide the service, and any Sellify Agent chats that used that data.

Some records may be retained where required for security, abuse prevention, billing, audit logs, legal obligations, or backup retention. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.

## Other ways to control your data

You can disconnect Meta from your Sellify workspace in your workspace integration settings. Disconnecting stops Sellify from using that connection to access Meta data, and the associated Meta data is deleted within 30 days.

You can also delete your Sellify account or workspace from your account and organization settings where those options are available.
