## Ad Spy Browser Extension

Sellify offers an optional Chrome browser extension, "Sellify Ad Spy." Its single purpose is to let you save advertisements you are viewing on the Meta Ad Library (facebook.com/ads/library) and Instagram into your Sellify Ad Spy boards. The extension runs only on those sites. As you browse those pages, it reads the public identifier of each visible ad (for example, the Meta ad library ID or the Instagram post shortcode) and sends those identifiers, together with a workspace access token you paste in to link the extension to your Sellify workspace, to Sellify so it can show which ads you have already saved. When you choose to save an ad, it sends that ad's public identifier (and the same token) to Sellify; Sellify then retrieves and stores the ad's content (such as the creative, text, and related public details) on its own servers. The extension itself does not upload the ad's media or any other browsing data, and it uses the browser "storage" permission to store that token and your Sellify app URL locally in your browser. It is granted host access to https://www.facebook.com/ads/library, https://instagram.com, and your Sellify app domain (https://app.sellify.ai) solely to save ads and communicate with Sellify. We use data received through the extension only to provide the Ad Spy save feature; we do not use it for advertising or any undisclosed purpose, and we do not sell it. Our handling of this data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can remove the extension from your browser at any time.
