When do my credits reset?
Plan credits reset every billing period and do not carry over. Credits you buy as a pack never expire.
Your balance can hold two kinds of credits, and they behave differently.
Plan credits are the credits included with your subscription. They are granted for one billing period and reset when the next period starts: whatever is unused when your plan renews is removed, and the new period's full allotment is granted in its place. Plan credits do not carry over from one period to the next.
- Monthly plans reset each time the plan renews.
- Annual plans release credits one month at a time. Each month's release replaces whatever is left from the previous month, so the credits available at any point are that month's allotment.
Purchased credits come from the credit packs available under Add credits. They are yours to keep: they never expire and are not affected by a plan renewal.
Plan credits are always used before purchased credits, so a pack you buy stays in reserve until the period's plan credits run out.
If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, the current period's plan credits expire at the end of that period. Purchased credits remain on the account.
