# Report a problem clearly

> Give the team enough detail to investigate a product, access or credit issue.

Start with what you tried and what happened. A specific report is easier to investigate than “it does not work.”

## Include these details

- Workspace name and the page where it happened.
- Product, angle or chat name, when relevant.
- The action you took and what you expected.
- The exact error message and approximate time, including your time zone.
- Whether a result was saved despite the error.
- A screenshot or short recording of the relevant state.

For a credit question, add the balance you observed before and after and which action you requested. For an access question, include the role you see in **Settings → Members**, if available.

## Example

> In \[workspace], I selected Generate angles for \[product] at \[time and time zone]. The page showed \[error]. After reopening the product, I can see \[number or no new angles]. My balance changed from \[before] to \[after]. Here is the screenshot.

Replace the brackets with facts. Do not include passwords, authentication links, tokens or full payment-card details. Crop unrelated personal information from screenshots.

## Where to send it

Use the support option available in your account or the contact route supplied with your Sellify access. If the in-app support chat is available, send the report there. If it is missing, follow [support access checks](https://sellify.ai/docs/support/faq/i-cant-see-the-support-chat-widget).

Keep updates in the same support conversation where possible. If the problem changes, explain what is different and whether it still blocks you. A report is not a promise of a particular response time.
