# Start here: your product, angle and first ad

> Follow the beginner route from accurate product information to a creative you can review.

Start with one product and one clear reason someone would buy it. You do not need a large catalogue or a finished advertising strategy to learn the workflow.

Sellify helps you prepare product context, explore buying angles and create advertising assets. Your store, checkout and advertising account are separate parts of running the business. Creating an image in Sellify does not make a sale or launch a campaign.

1. Open Products and select Add product.
2. Enter a product URL or add your own details.
3. Review the saved description, source URL and product photos.
4. Add genuine offers and supporting research.

## 1. Choose the right workspace

Check the workspace name in the app sidebar. Products, research and creative work belong to that workspace. If you cannot find expected work, [check the workspace and account](https://sellify.ai/docs/workspace-switcher) before creating it again.

Review your [credits and product allowance](https://sellify.ai/docs/credits). They are different limits. Check that the workspace has the access you need before starting.

## 2. Add one product

Open **Home**, then **Products** under **Brain**. Follow [Add your first product](https://sellify.ai/docs/products). Use a real product name, accurate description and, when available, a public product-page URL.

**You are ready to continue when:** the product appears in Products and its details describe what you actually sell. Review anything drafted by AI before relying on it.

## 3. Find a buying angle

Open the product's **Buying angles** and [generate or review angles](https://sellify.ai/docs/research). An angle is a reason a particular customer might care. Choose one whose benefit your product can support.

**You are ready to continue when:** you can explain who the angle is for, the benefit it emphasizes and the facts behind that benefit. [Choose an angle for your audience](https://sellify.ai/docs/research/choose-an-angle) if the suggestions feel similar.

## 4. Prepare the ad brief

Choose the product, angle, visual reference and any offer you actually provide. Follow the [first-ad brief and review checklist](https://sellify.ai/docs/create-ads).

Follow [Create your first image ad](https://sellify.ai/docs/create-ads/create-your-first-ad), then [review and download the result](https://sellify.ai/docs/create-ads/library-and-downloads). Those steps describe the current interface; recheck the labels if your workspace shows an updated design.

**Your first useful outcome:** an ad asset that accurately represents the product, has readable copy and can be opened in the format you need. It is ready for your review and testing, not guaranteed to perform.

## If you are starting from zero

You can prepare product information and learn the workflow before your store is finished. To use an ad commercially, you still need a working destination where the customer can understand and purchase the offer. Make sure that destination is ready before running your campaign.

If you already have sales, use what customers actually ask and buy as context. If you have no sales yet, treat each angle as a hypothesis and avoid claiming that an untested idea is a winner.
