- **Ad board:** A collection used to organize saved advertising references or creative in the relevant library. Why it matters: Check whether you are organizing competitor research or your own generated ads.
- **Ad creative:** The image and copy a customer sees in an advertisement. Why it matters: Creating an asset does not launch a campaign.
- **Aspect ratio:** The relationship between image width and height, such as 1:1 or 9:16. Why it matters: Choose a shape that suits the intended placement and inspect the result.
- **Buying angle:** A reason a particular customer might care about the product. Why it matters: Choose a benefit you can support, then express it in the ad.
- **Campaign:** The advertising delivery setup, including such settings as audience and budget. Why it matters: It is separate from making a creative asset.
- **Chat project:** A group used to organize Agent conversations. Why it matters: It is different from a product or saved buying-angle record.
- **Credits:** Units used by metered actions, subject to the workspace’s access arrangement. Why it matters: A credit balance and a product allowance are different limits.
- **Fin AI:** An automated support assistant when enabled in the support chat. Why it matters: It is separate from Sellify Agent; ask the support team about unresolved account issues.
- **Hero image:** A product image available for use as creative context. Why it matters: It should show the real item, variant and visible details.
- **Hook:** The opening line or idea used to introduce an angle. Why it matters: A hook attracts attention; it does not replace evidence for the claim.
- **Offer:** The commercial terms you actually provide, such as a genuine bundle or discount. Why it matters: The creative, destination page and checkout should agree.
- **Parent product:** The thing you run ads for, not a line in your catalog. A shop with 1,000 SKUs usually has only a handful of parent products. Why it matters: Angles and ads are generated per parent product. Splitting one product into variants means separate angle sets and uses the product allowance faster.
- **Product:** A saved record containing information about an item you sell. Why it matters: Accurate product context supports better research and creative.
- **Product allowance:** The number of product records permitted by the workspace’s access arrangement. Why it matters: Adding credits does not necessarily increase product capacity.
- **Workspace:** The working area selected in Sellify, with its own membership and available product work. Why it matters: Check it first when expected work or controls seem missing.
