# Manage running campaigns

> Switch campaigns and ad sets on and off, change budgets, edit what is running, and read a campaign's funnel and trends.

Once a campaign is in Meta, you run it from Sellify. Turn it on or off, adjust the budget, edit its ad sets and ads, and read its results.

Deleting campaigns is not available yet. The delete icons say **Delete coming soon**.

## Switching on and off

Hover a campaign row on the **Ads** page and use the switch. The same switch appears on ad set rows inside a campaign. Tick several rows and select **Resume** to turn them on together.

Only published campaigns have a working switch. On a draft it is greyed with "Only published campaigns can be paused or resumed".

A paused campaign's page shows "This campaign is paused" with a **Resume campaign** button. Ad sets have the same, with **Resume ad set**.

## Changing the budget

Select the pencil on the budget cell, type the new amount, and confirm. It works on campaign rows when the campaign uses a campaign budget, and on ad set rows when budgets are per ad set. Blank or zero shows "Enter a valid budget".

## Editing a campaign

Select **Edit campaign** on the campaign's page, or the gear on its row. The builder reopens as **Edit campaign** with the same Build step.

Five things are locked after launch: objective, ad account, budget mode, bid strategy and special ad category. Everything else is editable. Select **Save changes** and Sellify writes each change to Meta, reporting **Campaign updated** when it is done.

> **New ads added while editing must be uploads**
>
> When you add an ad to a live ad set, pick it from **Uploads**. Ads Maker assets and existing posts cannot be added to a live ad set yet, and Sellify skips them with a message saying so.

## The campaign page

Select a campaign name to open it. The header shows **Last synced** with a time, **Refresh data**, **Edit campaign** and the status.

The chart has two views. **Funnel** shows **Impressions**, **Clicks** and **Results** with the percentage that carried through at each step. **Trend** plots one metric over **Last 7 days**, **Last 14 days** or **Last 30 days**.

Beside it, the stats show **Cost per 1K impressions** and **Cost per click**, and the profitability figures show spend and ROAS.

### Ad sets

The **Ad sets** table lists each ad set with its **Status**, **Budget**, number of **Ads** and metrics. **CBO** in the budget column means the campaign controls the budget. Turn on **Show paused ad sets** to see paused ones.

Select an ad set to open its own page, with the same chart and its **Ads** table.

## Keeping data fresh

Results refresh on their own: recent days about every 30 minutes, and a deeper 90-day pass once a day. **Refresh data** on a campaign page asks Meta for an update now and can take a moment.

## If something's not right

### The switch didn't work

**Why this happens:** Meta refused the change. The message includes Meta's reason.

**What to do:** read the reason. Common causes are an ad account that lost access or a campaign Meta has disapproved. Fix it in Meta, then try again.

### It says the Page, Instagram account, or pixel isn't available for this ad account

**Why this happens:** the one you picked belongs to a different ad account, or it was removed in Settings.

**What to do:** open the ad set and pick one that is connected for this ad account. If the list is empty, select **Refresh** in the builder header.

### Last synced is hours old

**Why this happens:** the automatic refresh covers recent days every half hour, and older data less often.

**What to do:** select **Refresh data**. If it says "Failed to refresh", wait a few minutes and try again.
