# Build with the Sellify MCP server

> Connect your own code or AI tool to Sellify and call every action you can take in the app.

This section is for people who connect their own code or AI tools to Sellify. For help using Sellify itself, go to the [Help Centre](https://sellify.ai/docs).

Sellify runs a remote [MCP](https://sellify.ai/docs/glossary#mcp) server. Any client that speaks MCP can use it to do the same things you do in the app: research competitor ads, manage products and sales angles, generate and edit ads, and organize your library.

The server is at `https://app.sellify.ai/api/mcp` and uses streamable HTTP. It works in one workspace per connection.

## What you can do

Tools are grouped into seven areas. Six of them you can turn on or off with the `toolsets` option, and the workspace tools are offered to every connection. You can also ask for read-only tools with `read_only=1`. See [Load fewer tools](https://sellify.ai/docs/developers/mcp#load-fewer-tools).
