Sign up vs Log in — which do I use?
Sign up creates an account; Log in accesses an existing account.
Sign up creates an account; Log in accesses an existing account. A purchase or invitation may already have started account creation, so check its instructions first.
If you already use the app, log in with the same account and sign-in method. If you received Set Password or an invitation, follow that message. Use sign-up when you actually need a new account. Keep the purchase/invitation email aligned with the intended account so the team can reconcile access.
Finishing sign-up is separate from verifying workspace membership, plan assignment and credits.
