Use the last confirmed sign-in address and the sign-in method associated with the account. Changing an email forwarding rule is not the same as changing the account email.

If you requested an email change in Profile, follow the confirmation and verification messages and check both inboxes. Request fresh links when needed. If you lost access to the original inbox, contact the team for account verification; do not send passwords or sign-in links.
